How do I get started with Seedream 5.0 Pro?
Sign up for a free account, enter a prompt or upload a reference image, choose your settings, and generate your first AI image.
What image formats and resolutions are supported?
Seedream 5.0 Pro supports common image output formats and high-resolution downloads. Aspect ratios include 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and more.
How many credits does each generation cost?
Credit usage varies by resolution, model settings, and generation mode. You can review the exact cost before creating an image.
What happens if my generation fails?
If a generation fails due to a server error, your credits are automatically refunded. You can retry or contact support if the issue persists.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period with no additional charges.
